To have a positive outlook is to remain in peace.

To have a positive outlook is to remain in peace.
Expression: The more one hears and talks about positive things, the more one is able to be free from negative influences. The environment today doesn't give much of a chance for hearing to positivity because of the continuous flow of news about conflict and violence. But changing the theme of conversation and talking about what life gives is to change the responses to the world in a more positive way.
Experience: When I have a positive outlook, it creates in me hope and enthusiasm for the future. I also have a more positive view of the present reality. I remain in peace, whatever the challenges or negative situations I may have to face. I am able to be in touch with the inner peace and maintain this state of mind under all circumstances.

Being A Witness
When you do something very good and you say, 'Oh I did it, I did it', that too makes you unhappy. Doing something good also make you unhappy because you do so much and then you say that nobody recognizes you, nobody listens to you.
So not being recognized for your good work makes you miserable, and if you do something wrong, that too eats up your spirit and creates a sense of guilt.
When such things happen, know that you are not the doer. Be a witness then.
======================
You should take one stance. You know what that stance is? Come what may, I’m going to be happy.
======================
Q: How do we deal with constant blame, especially from a dear one?
Guruji : See, you get used to anything that is constant. So don’t worry about it. If someone constantly keeps blaming you, then do not care about it.
======================
So, you should imbibe and take only good virtues from everyone. If you look only for vices then you will find only vices.
