"Water offered to me in devotion, I will accept as the loving gift Of a dedicated heart. Whatever you do, Make it an offering to me ; The food you eat or worship you perform, The help you give, even your suffering." Yes, Lord sees the devotion , wether you chant his name just once or end number of times , all he wants is pious heart! Your mind constantly directed towards him, devoted and dedicated. There are No specific rules for Bhakti, For meditating his name. Pure heart is all that is required, unwavering devotion and undying love for The lord is what your heart should live in. Where there is Bhakti and faith, the Lord is always there. Where there is Kama, passion, there is no God. In this Kaliyuga, if you have even a little trace of faith and devotion, the Lord is ever ready to give His Darshan. Chanting is another way of awakening devotion and to draw more close to the lord. You don't have to offer flowers and incense and other external offerings to arouse his love for thee. Just chant his name, that's all. The one who feels God as the only reality existing within him, and himself existing in God, is united with God, is one with God in unconditional union. The one who inwardly perceives: "When I eat, I am eating for Him. When I serve, my hands are His. When I speak, my voice is His. It is God who is feeling and loving through me." Such person realises that it is God who has incarnated in the body. God is hidden within you, he is right there with you, realise him through unwavering devotion. Chant any name. Om Namah Bhagwate Rudraya Namah or Jai Shri Hanuman or Ram Ram Ram or Om Namo Narayana or Om Namah Shivaya! Many paths to the same goal ~ ~ Shivaya Vishnu roopaya, Shiva roopaya Vishnave. Shivashya Hrudayam Vishnu, Vishushya Hrudayam Shivaha!!!!
