Tryambaka Deva, three-eyed Lord, Shiva. The sun is said to be his right eye, the moon the left eye while fire is his third eye. While his other two eyes indicate his activity in the physical world, his third eye in the center of his forehead looks beyond the obvious.
Tryambaka Deva, three-eyed Lord, Shiva. The sun is said to be his right eye, the moon the left eye while fire is his third eye. While his other two eyes indicate his activity in the physical world, his third eye in the center of his forehead looks beyond the obvious. It stands for spiritual knowledge and power, and is thus called the eye of wisdom or knowledge. Like fire, the powerful gaze of Shiva's third eye can search evil from anywhere and annihilate it completely. This is the reason why evil-doers fear his third eye.

Heaven is here, hell is here too! They are largely in our mind.
Heaven is here, hell is here too! They are largely in our mind. If you treasure a good thought, you are creating Heaven. If you cry to God for light, then you get a good experience, an illumining experience, and this experience is nothing but Heaven. The earth is beautiful. If you start living its beauty, enjoying its joys you are in paradise. If you condemn everything, then the same earth turns into a hell. It depends on you where you live, it is a question of your own inner transformation. if you treasure a negative thought, then you are creating hell. When the mind becomes a victim to worries, anxieties and other undivine forces, when the mind is disturbed, agitated, tortured by ugly, impure and undivine thoughts, we are in hell. But when the beauty, light and divinity of the heart come to the fore and we try to reveal and manifest them in the aspiring world, then we feel that we are in Heaven. Every day we can create Heaven, infinite peace, light and bliss. When we pray and meditate, we enter into Heaven. When mind is calm and quiet, when mind is tranquillity’s flood, heart becomes all-giving and life becomes Divinity’s Reality. Heaven is not a place; it is a state of consciousness!

Deeds are of supreme importance in this universe. Whatever a person does, he is punished or rewarded accordingly. The life which we get on this Earth is a blessing of our own past and present Karmas. All the small sins done, intentionally or unintentionally contribute to our sufferings. When you are in pain or suffering, don't Blame God. Don't blame Shiva. He is not responsible for our sufferings. Shiva is a God of many, associated with the creative energy of the universe and at the same time with its destruction. "One in whom the universe sleeps after destruction and before the next cycle of creation'. All that is created must one day disintegrate, this disintegration is a return to the formless void from which creation may once again spring forth. Shiva is the dynamic power behind this endless cycle of birth, death and rebirth.theshivatribepage. He is the master of Tantric yoga, an esoteric science of sexuality, and also the Lord of ascetics, renunciates and yogis. He is the god of the battlefield, the cremation grounds, and inauspicious crossroads, and he is accompanied by demons, ghosts, and evil spirits. Often furious deity, Shiva is also the exponent of the arts and the creator of dance. Shiva represents the destructive aspect of Brahman. That portion of Brahman that is enveloped by Tamo-Guna-Pradhana Maya is Shiva who is the all-pervading Ishvara and who also dwells in kailash. He is the store-house for wisdom. Shiva minus Parvati or Kali or Durga is Nirguna Brahman Himself. With Maya-Parvati He becomes the Saguna Brahman for the purpose of pious devotion of His devotees. Devotees of Rama must worship Shiva for 3 or 6 months before they take to worship of Rama. Rama Himself worshipped Shiva at the famous Ramesvaram. Shiva is the Lord of Ascetics and Lord of Yogins, robed in space Digambara.

Buddha Amarnath Yatra to commence from Aug 17
JAMMU, JUNE 30: The annual pilgrimage to holy shrine of Buddha Amarnath in Mandi hills of the border district of Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir will commence from August 17 this year.
"The annual Buddha Amarnath yatra will commence from August 17 from Jammu. The first batch of pilgrims will leave for Poonch on the same day," Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, Nisar Ahmed Wani said today.
"Chhari Mubarak", the holy mace of Lord Shiva, will be taken from Shree Dashami Akhara Mandir Poonch towards Himalayan shrine in Mandi Tehsil of Poonch district.
Convening a meeting of district officers, trustees of Buddha Amarnath Shrine, prominent citizens, representatives of various religious organisations and social activists, Wani reviewed arrangements for the forthcoming yatra and directed the officials to ensure that all necessary arrangements are made well in time for the smooth conduct of the ten-day long event.
Apart from making foolproof security arrangements, issues pertaining to availability of essentials including Rice, Atta, Sugar and LPG cylinders besides medicare facilities, sanitation, accommodation, power supply and drinking water facilities were discussed threadbare.
The deputy commissioner directed the officers to make elaborate arrangements for reception of the pilgrims, security, accommodation and traffic regulation for smooth movement of the yatris.
He also instructed the Municipal Council Executive Officer to maintain cleanliness in and around the places where yatris will stay.
The fire and emergency department was directed to put in place fire tenders at all the halting stations en route to the holy shrine. Besides, health authorities were asked to set up medical camp near shrine besides keeping standby ambulances at strategic locations.
Wani also asked the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) authorities to expedite resurfacing the roads maintained by it.
It was decided in the meeting that under the overall supervision of the deputy commissioner, a committee of officers and prominent citizens will be constituted to coordinate and facilitate smooth conduct of yatra.

Abode of Lord Shiva
* Abode of Lord Shiva *
Mount Kailash is the greatest mystical library. People have been making the pilgrimage there for the last few thousand years. Generally people say 10,000 to 12,000 years, many people say it is much more than that.
Yogis always chose mountain peaks because they were not frequented by people, they were safe places. They chose rocks to deposit their knowledge in an energy form. For thousands of years, realized beings always traveled to Mount Kailash and deposited their knowledge in a certain energy form. They used this mountain as a basis and created this. It is because of this that Hindu say Shiva lives there. When we say it is the Abode of Shiva, it does not mean that he is still sitting up there or dancing or hiding in the snow or something. In the yogic culture we don’t see Shiva as God, we see him as the Adiyogi, the first yogi, and the Adi Guru, the first Guru. Right from Shiva, many yogis from all traditions stored everything they knew here in a certain energy form.
Agastya Muni, lives there in the southern face of the mountain. The Buddhists say three of their main Buddhas, Manjushree, Avalokiteshwara, and Vajrapani, all of them lived there in the mountain. The Jains say Rishabh lives there in the mountain. This doesn’t mean that they are actually living there, but they deposited all their work there because they could not transmit it to people – a variety of social situations do not permit you to do that. All the 63 Nayanmars, the 63 major saints from India, including one of the woman saints, came because they never had the opportunity to transmit their perception to the people around them, social realities never allowed it. So it is a treasure house of knowledge.
Balaji Hanuman Temple, Mehendipur
* Balaji Hanuman Temple, Mehendipur *
Rajasthan’s Dausa district, which is nestled between two mountains is a place called Mehndipur. It has a very large rock in the shape of Hanuman that had recovered itself. It is believed to be Sri Hanuman. There is a small water pond in the idol’s feet whose water never gets over.
Hanuman exists to destroy the obstacles to our realizing the same oneness he experiences with Ram. Even when difficulties happen in our lives, he never abandons us, but rather gives us the strength to live through them without our hearts being destroyed. Whatever comes to us comes as a result of our karmas. These waves of karma come from the past. How we deal with then in the present will have a great effect on what is to happen int he future and how will will be able to deal with what comes at that time. It is our own knee-jerk reactions - our tendencies to react out of fear anger or selfishness to the events of our lives - that keep us spinning around.
Shiva worships the Shivalinga
Shiva worships the Shivalinga
This depiction is a favourite Shaivic imagery. it is extremely beautiful and full of spiritual meaning.
Why does Shivji sit behind his own Shivalinga?
Why does Shivji sit behind his own Shivalinga?
Because,in the simplest words: He is committed to His own creation. He is His own first votary.
If you compare this to a modern day analogy, where during an election, the contender for head of state also goes to caste his vote, and ,of course, he's up early, one of the first to caste his selection! leading by example..he believes in His own manifesto, and stands by His principles.
But this example i give only to make you understand that a Good leader believes in what he stands for, he signs up for the teachings and Vision he gives us.

But of course, the analogy ends here, you cannot be "voted" God !
And although i truly loved reading them, I do not personally subscribe to some stories theorising that Shiva was a man , raised to the level of God by his followers. Rather, my work is based on the understanding that Shiva was always God, but endearingly Human, lovable like a good man in our midst! My understanding is based on the notings of the Ancient Rishis:
They said a surprising thing in the Vedanta and Upanishads: You cannot Become God, You are always that!
What did they mean by this?
Their teaching was expanded for us by the Rishis of Kashmir in their Shaiv Darshan. They explained that Sometimes, God makes Himself Forget that He is God, just before he descends to Earth. This paves the way for play- Lila.
So God looks for God! and finds Himself out!
According to them, God finds His own true nature when He is in deep Dhyana, Samadhi and it is that great realisation which the great Adi shankara termed as Chidanand roopam shivoham. It is also called Satchitananda or Satyam Shivam Sundaram.

We note also, that ultimately we are all seekers of the same truth and helped by Gurus and saints who have journeyed before us.
When He comes on the same journey, In this lovely Lila, God is also helped by His own Rishis as Gurus!
The teacher becomes the taught! This is not difficult to understand, Rather, this is the real beauty of God's Lila and love.
That is why you have examples of Ramji being taught by Vashisht, Krishna being taught by Sandeepan: so that they may remain centered in their Godhood.

Coming back to Shiva and the Shivlinga, Therefore we see that Shivji respects what his own Shaivism stands for, He is the first adherent. He leads by example and from the front.

Chanting God’s Name is the boat that helps us ferry across the ocean of life. The benefits of chanting are innumerable that we can derive according to path of Dnyanyoga, Path of Knowledge and Bhaktiyoga, Path of Devotion. Chanting purifies the The inner sense organs consisting of the conscious mind, sub-conscious mind, intellect and ego, making it capable of receiving spiritual knowledge. Chanting God’s Name constantly purifies an individual’s subconscious mind and makes it capable of receiving Divine Knowledge. Just as one cannot reap a good harvest without ploughing the field to make it fertile, similarly, knowledge cannot penetrate the antahakaran until it is purified.
"Chinta Karoge toh Bhatak Jaoge. Chintan Karoge toh Bhatke hue Ko Raah dikhaoge!" Bhagwan kehte hain kalyug mein mujhe prapt karne ka ek maatra saadhan hai Mera Naam Smaranam..Jo Bhakt mera Smaran karte hain Aur mera chintan karte hain woh Bhakt mujhe Sarvpriye hai or main uske liye sadaiv tatpar rehta hoon!

Just as one cannot reap a good harvest without ploughing the field to make it fertile, similarly, knowledge cannot penetrate the antahakaran until it is purified. Hence, it is necessary to remain steadfast unto the practice of karma, bhakti, worship of God, singing bhajans, kirtans. Chanting alone can bestow merits equivalent to what can be attained through several pilgrimages and Ritual of sacrificial fires. In Kaliyug, he who continuously chants God’s Name gets the fruit of 10,000 Yagnayas and of million holy dips. Repeated chanting of God’s Name backed by belief in God’s Name gives us spiritual experiences. This leads to development of faith in the god. When we have the belief that God’s Name will give us everything, we start chanting with intense yearning for Him and bhav for the Deity develops swiftly. ‘God exists where there is bhav’. Hence, in Spirituality, developing Bhav has utmost importance. When we chant the Name of God, he is appeased. In worldly life, when we are constantly in touch with someone he does not forget us. Thus, by chanting His Name if we remain in contact with God, then He too remembers us!

Forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness but you deserve peace! All of us have been hurt. All of us have experienced being let down, disappointed, someone we love betray us. We wonder far too often if God will punish them? it doesn’t make the past go away nor does it take away the pain yet We need some small comfort to know that they will be punished for hurting us. "I am suffering, they are living a happy life. How is that right or fair, why is God not helping me and punishing them!"

The best way to deal with difficult situations is with God consciousness.
The best way to deal with difficult situations is with God consciousness. Accept all the difficulties as divine arrangement to make you more surrendered and dependent upon Him. Take these difficulties as an opportunity to pray to Him with all sincerity. Always remember that in this material nature, difficulties are inevitable because that is the nature of this material world. It is only for the time being that we feel that everything is perfectly alright. Therefore when difficulties come, we have to accept it as Gods mercy to make us aware of the actual reality and then only will we be able to surrender to lord and depend upon Him." GYAN CHAKSHU
GYAN CHAKSHU
The Gorakh nath yogis teach in their Kundalini yoga that the spiritual journey is within, and that the ascent is marked by stations of achievement , which correspond to energy vortices within the body of the meditator. These are called chakras, and they are mainly seven in number starting from Mul adhara from the bottom , rising upto the seventh, called sahasrara on top of the head. But the sixth chakra , called ajna is very important. Lord Shiva is the Dhyani par excellence. Always centered on the Ajna chakra ( between the eyebrows) . This is where the Gyan chakshu, the third eye is. And Shivji is the master of the third eye. Ajna (pronounced AGYA) means command, and it is indeed from here where the Self commands itself and all its bodily actions. In the case of Shivji, the command extends to the entire universe when meditated from here. Aum Namah Shivaya!
AMARNATH- THE LORD ALWAYS EXISTS!
AMARNATH- THE LORD ALWAYS EXISTS!
What is it , that you know always, that all the yogis always want to know? The Devi once asked her beloved Nath, Shiva.
Shiva smiled, laughed, and then spoke exaltedly like a poet,'this earth upon which we sit, the hills, these trees, the springs, this soft wind, even the moon! the sky! those distant stars that bejewel the night as offerings to you, truly, dearest," He exclaimed, arising,"The entire universe is a projection from the pristine essence within me; this human bodied yogi you love-your husband, Shankar! I am always the knower of the highest transcendence, I am always the knower of what is always. The Devi was impressed, but, "where do i fit in?" she asked teasingly"You, Parvati," He urged emphatically, "are the embodiment of Shakti, my inseparable power of dynamics, you cause the projection.without you, there would be no manifest world, and i would remain ever, in my transcendence , by myself."Seeing that his young wife was pleased , Shiva continued,"and so this beautiful miracle, that tonight we sit two beings in love, chatting, admiring each other and our surroundings, such a beautiful creation ,of which we are now a part, and yet i tell you, the secret is that we are the perennial source of all that is..."Even as Shiva was expounding the most secret Agama of Srishti rahasya to the Devi, a trickle of water on a portion of their cave wall began solidifying, in the form of a magnificent LINGA,which is, of course, the symbol of all creation. It was as though to demonstrate the manifestation ofa subtle state into a grosser one,as if to freeze the magical words for posterity. As though to make explicit , the truth that water and ice are one,and yet each contains the other."Witness, my dearest", said Shiva "this linga as a symbol of our love; a reminder of our eternal togethernessa vision of the eternal principle of shiva shakti ,therefore a vision of foreverness in its simplest form. And when shall my children get this vision? demanded the mother , latent ,in the bride. In due course of time, many kathas later O devi vouched Shiva any being that attains to this station to which you are primal witness, shall be granted the Amrita.

This was the divine prelude to AMARNATH. Shiva had asserted that the whole world is his playground, every place is pervaded by his divine essence, and yet ,there are places where this divinity is more clearly perceived, places where the individual's consciousness is uplifted spontaneously into universal being.places, where yogis and bhaktas have meditated and done tapas , in order to get closer to the pristine truth. And these are stations which do give the feel of the truth. And Amarnath where the whole truth had been expoundedby the NATH himself.is an extremely powerful station, still vibrating with the divine essence of existence ,still echoing shiva's words and parvati's love ....still remaining the fountainhead of all life.
And so, the rishis went for darsana, the siddhas went, the sadhs went, the naths went, the kulas went the sants went, and went so many other blessed ones,so many went like a backward flow of waters, back to the origin, and felt for themselves the presence of the perennial source,so many sang prayers ,gave offerings , meditated and then came back home to tell the others stories of AMAR NATH, the master storyteller.
Till today Amarnath stands as a colossal sanctorum.
Lord Shiva in semi trance. This happens when He is just coming out of a samadhi and 'landing' from the transcendent to the manifest.

Steeped in Mystery is Devotion
One who is not amazed by the magnificence of this Creation, his eyes are not yet opened. Once your eyes are open, they close and this is called meditation. (Laughter)
Tell me, what in this Creation? Is not a mystery? Birth is a mystery; death is a mystery. If both birth and death are mysterious, then life is certainly a greater mystery. Isn’t it?
Being completely immersed in the mystery of Life and this Creation is Samadhi. Your knowing or believing doesn’t really matter to what Is. This Creation is an unfathomable secret, and its mysteries only deepen. Getting steeped in mystery is Devotion. The “Scene” is a mystery; the “Seer” is a mystery. Deepening the mystery of Creation is science. Deepening the mystery of the Self is spirituality. They are the two sides of the same coin. If neither Science nor Spirituality can create wonder and devotion in you, then you are in deep slumber.

Every cell in the body has the capacity to hold infinity. A worm too eats, sleeps and performs its daily activities. There is no point in living like that. We must tap the full potential nature has bestowed upon us, the potential to hold infinity in every cell of your body. For that, we must practice meditation regularly. It takes only a few minutes every day, and once we imbibe it in our daily routine, it is no more a burden or a chore.
========================
Q. When intellect and heart say different things, whom should we follow?
+Guruji: When it comes to work follow your intellect. And follow your heart when it comes to service.
========================
Q: Guruji, What is the feeling of nationality and is it contrary to the idea of universal brotherhood? How can the feeling of nationality be expanded to include universal brotherhood?
Guruji: A sense of universal brotherhood comes first and foremost. Now, though you may not be a stakeholder in the entire universe, but you are definitely a voter in your own country. And when you are a voter in your own country, you have some responsibility towards the country. You can express your needs and opinions through the local press and you can take some action.
Globally, you can spread human awareness, You can do good and also wish good for everybody out of a spirit of friendliness and compassion.

"Whatever you do, make it an offering to me, the food you eat, the sacrifices you make, the help you give, even your suffering." ~ Bhagwat Geeta. In our pain , in our suffering believe that he is ever present. He is loving and merciful, kind and good, all-knowing and perfect in all His ways. He never gives us anything for which He does not provide what we need to deal with it. God won’t give you more than you can handle. When we turn to God He will provide us what we need to go through it. He might not keep us from pain and suffering but He will hold us and care for us in our pain and suffering. He will give us the comfort, peace, patience and strength we need. Pain and suffering can can be a blessing sometimes , trust him completely! Love, light & Peace!!

1940s Vintage Print ~ Shiva Vishnu Brahma!
1940s Vintage Print ~ Shiva Vishnu Brahma!
No living thing is immortal. There is a limit for its existence, it originates, lives for certain period of time and it eventually comes to an end. This entire idea of creation, preservation and destruction is embodied into the form of Brahma, Vishnu and SadaShiva respectively in the Hindu Philosophy.
The four heads of Brahma along with the consort Saraswati is attributed to the creation aspect. To turn the rock into sculpture requires knowledge. Saraswati is attributed to knowledge, and this is the reason why Saraswati is viewed as the consort of Brahma.
Blue colored Vishnu sleeps on the five headed snake which in turn sleeps on the Ksheera Sagara with the Brahma sitting on a lotus flower that comes out of the umbilical cord of Vishnu, with the consort Lakshmi is attributed to the operative aspect of this Universe. The blue colour represents Infinity. The five heads of the snake represents the five fundamental elements of nature ~ Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Vishnu lying on the five headed snake means God is present in all these five fundamental elements of nature, and the snake lying on the Ksheera Sagara means the entire Universe is made up of these five fundamental elements. Brahma connected to Vishnu through umbilical cord means creation is connected and is part of this Universe. Brahma takes the energy (through the umbilical cord) from the Universe. Lakshmi means “all positive things” and the prosperity. The entire Universe is maintained by the positive things.
Shiva with Parvati is attributed to the destruction aspect of the Universe. The trident, snake, third eye, matted hair, water are causes of destructions. Trident represents weapon, snake represents illness, third eye represents fire, matted hair represent cyclones or storm, water represents flood. These causes of destructions by themselves are not powerful, but when combined with Parvati (which means powerful as mountain) magnifies all those causes of destruction to be powerful enough which eventually leads to destruction. This is the idea of Ardhanarishwara (the combination of Shiva and Parvathi which manifests the powerful destruction).
Jai Shri Brahma Vishnu Mahesh!

"Never Give Up... Keep going! Even though things don't work out just the way you want them to be or the results are not up to the expectations. Do your best, wait the result in peace! Suffering comes when we expect the rewards. "You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action. Never consider yourself the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty!" ~ Bhagwat Geeta.

Suffering comes when we expect the rewards. "You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action. When you do your duty selflessly, without desiring for reward, you achieve inner fulfilment. Do your duty in the spirit of offering to the lord. This helps you grow in the awareness that you are the instrument of God and that he is working through you. When we perform duties with delight, when deeds are dedicated to the lord, action is fused with yoga, the world becomes a garden of peace and harmony. Dedicate each action and task to Lord, he is our soul refuge, our sole support and all glories to HIM!! Love, Light & Peace ~ Jai Shiva Shankar ~ Om Namah Shivaya!

In Shiva's eyes is reflected the greatest love for His children. in the simplest terms, being a Father, is the essence of God. Aum Namah Shivaye.

You create karms out of your thoughts. If you think bad things' then this effects your karam. It also effects your Naam simran.
You create karms out of your thoughts. If you think bad things' then this effects your karam. It also effects your Naam simran. Naam is such a suksham vasdhu (very very delicate thing) that the slightest disturbance can effect it. It is a mistake to think that once you have done your Simran that it is locked away for good. It is one thing getting up in the morning with great effort and doing your Naam Simran (chanting divines name) it is quite another keeping hold of it. In fact this is even more difficult. Say you have 100 Naam credits , it is your job to keep them safely. If you are walking down the street and you see someone you dislike and in your mind you curse them, then your Naam credits diminish and some go off to that person. so you see even when you think you have done so much simran, it is very hard to keep hold of it. You then have the five chore inside you they also take their share of your Naam. Some of your Naam will have been done with a little Karodh, some with a little Lobh, some with a little Kaam, so they demand their share, and what is left for you?"

Never force anything, give it your best shot, and then let it be. If it’s meant to be, it will be. Don’t hold yourself down with things you can’t control. Live simply. Love generously. Speak truthfully.
"Teri kismat da likhya tere toh koi kho nai sakda. Je Us di meher hove te tenu Oh V mil jaye jo tera ho nai sakda"
Never force anything, give it your best shot, and then let it be. If it’s meant to be, it will be. Don’t hold yourself down with things you can’t control. Live simply. Love generously. Speak truthfully. Breathe deeply. Do your best. Leave everything else to the God. Stop focusing on how stressed you are and remember how blessed you are. It could have been so much worse. Be positive. Trust God, Good things will surely happen! Jai Shiva Shankar ~ Om Namah Shivaya!
May All Be happy , May all be Blessed ~ Shubh Ratri!
When we see photos of Shiva, he is generally depicted in white in colour, except for his neck which is dark blue. He leads a life of severe austerities. But in the images we find him tall and well built. His body is usually besmeared with ashes. Though he is described in the scriptures as god of anger, in the images we generally find him in his cheerful and jovial mood.

But in the images we find him tall and well built. His body is usually besmeared with ashes. Though he is described in the scriptures as god of anger, in the images we generally find him in his cheerful and jovial mood. Sometimes he is depicted with a lot of innocence in his demeanour as Bholenath. He is generally shown sitting cross-legged in a yogic posture, with his eyes closed and deep in meditation. When he is shown with his eyes open, his face expresses love and compassion. The images of Shiva evoke in us deep emotions. Those who are inclined to worship god are naturally drawn to him as they hold him in their minds. Shiva is a god of utter simplicity, exemplary humility and austerity. A tiger skin and an elephant skin serve as his garments. His body color which is white, denotes his purity, Shivam and association with the snowy mountains. Very humble and detached from all material desires, eternally happy and self satisfied, he is therefore very easy to be please. He drank the most potent poison, killed the asuras, and can grant boons by legitimate amount of penance. Once pleased Bholenath can be asked for anything, no matter how absurd or perilous, and he will grant it, justifying the name Bholenath for his gullibility! Jai Bholenath!
Sometimes when we get caught up in the difficulties of life, we forget the good things that are right in front of us. We forget that we are blessed beyond measures. God has given us priceless gifts of eternal love and eternal life. But we get caught up in the inevitable demands of everyday life, we sometimes fail to pause and thank HIM for the countless blessings he has bestowed upon us.
Sometimes life is complicated, its frustrating. We start counting our worries and problems and neglect all the good things. We suffer because of our misplaced priorities. Give thanks to HIM in every circumstance of life. When our hearts are troubled and lives seem to be spinning out of control, we don't feel like thanking anyone. In all circumstances God offers us his love, his strength and his grace. Praise him with sincerity, humility and with consistency. The expression of gratitude will enrich your life. He has blessed us beyond measure and we owe him everything. So If you find yourself discouraged today, take a few minutes to make a list of your blessings. Change your perspective and you change your world!
Count your joys instead of your woes, Count your friends instead of your foes.
Count your smiles instead of your tears, Count your courage instead of your fears.
Count your kind deeds instead of your mean, Count your health instead of your wealth.
Count on God instead of yourself ~ Love, light & Peace! Boom Shankar!
