I burst into laughter whenever I hear that the fish is thirsty in water...

Photo: I burst into laughter
whenever I hear
that the fish is thirsty in water...

I went looking for Him
And lost myself;
The drop merged with the Sea --
Who can find it now?
He Himself is the tree, the seed, and the germ.
He Himself is the flower, the fruit, and the shade.
He Himself is the sun, the light, and the lighted.
He Himself is Brahma, creature, and Maya.

(Sant Kabir,circa 1460)

To seek a list of wrongs
in a world so full of forms,
will be easy, I thought
O kabir, by exception,let’s have goodness sought.
But aha! The formless one,
had weaved in love
all the form to be;
And all, was He!
So then, the only wrong
was seated stealthily,
as division
in a mind,which had thought
it, was me!
