Happy Vaikuntha ChaturdashiAccording to mythological belief, on Vaikuntha Chaturdashi, Lord Bholenath handed over the charge of creation to Lord Vishnu and departs for Kailash. This festival is celebrated according to this recognition in the ancient city of Ujjain i.e. Ujjain. On this occasion, the beautiful journey of Lord Bholenath Mahakal reaches Gopal temple. Lord Bholenath descends from the palki and offers Tulsi to Sri Hari and Shri Hari gives him Bilvatra in return. This beautiful occasion is known as Hari Har Milan.
In other words, on this day on Vaikuntha Chaturdashi, Harihar Milan Ride is taken out. Which reaches Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple through different routes of different places, cities. Devotees get tantrumed on Vaikuntha Chaturdashi.
Lord Shiva aboard the palanquin of the splendor and reached to meet Lord Vishnu ji's avatar Shri Krishna among the fireworks.
Kartik Shukla Paksha's midwife Chaturdashi is on 6th and 7th November. Lord Shivji himself goes to meet Sri Hari on Vaikuntha Chaturdashi. It is believed that Lord Shiva will hand over the load of creation to Lord Vishnu for four months and go to the Himalayas mountain.
Harihar meeting happens on every Vaikuntha Chaturdashi. Lord Shiva and Vishnu ji meet and the power that is with Lord Shiva, they hand over to Lord Vishnu on this day. To see this tradition, a huge crowd of devotees gather in the temples on Vaikuntha Chaturdashi.
From Devasani Ekadashi to Devuthani Ekadasi, Lord Vishnu Patal goes to rest at Raja Bali's place, that's why there are no auspicious works in these days. At that time, the power is with Shiva and on the day of Vaikuntha Chaturdashi, Lord Shiva handed over this power to Lord Vishnu and returns to Kailash Mountain for penance. When power comes to Lord Vishnu, the works of the world begin. This day is called Vaikuntha Chaturdashi or Hari Har Milan.
