The word 'Ra' is the only way of sin.

'Makar Kiwar' does not come inside fear again.

That is, all sins go out of the body when the letter 'RA' is said and they cannot enter the body again because the letter 'M' immediately closes all the doors (kivad) of the body. The human body is found to bear sins, when all sins are removed from the body the body will automatically become healthy, sacred and burnt.

Our grief is iconic, reader and mental—these are three types. Continuously chanting Ram-Nam, the body and soul of the man is exercised by which the body remains healthy. By chanting Ram-Nam, man does not pronounce other bad words, which makes his speech pure. By chanting Holy Ram's name, the surroundings become purified, man's bad thoughts and habits are removed and he begins to follow the path of holiness, greatness and high ideals. This spiritual growth gradually leads us to health, happiness, peace and balance.

Psychologists have also believed that all the strength to fight worries, distractions and weaknesses comes from God only. Ram-Nam is the best medicine to create confidence, enthusiasm and secret manliness in a man which is the best tool to conquer all diseases.

Dogs chant the name of Ram, all the heat is in disguise of Shamanak.......।।

That is, those who chant 'Ram-Nam' have no fear! This is the only medicine to get rid of all heat. Man sleeps happily on the bed of peace taking the support of Ram-Nam - this is accepted by the saints and Ayurveda principals.

Sins will be removed and sorrows will be removed, let Ram-Nam.

There is no magic like Ram-Nam

There was only one Ravana in Treta, but there are Ravana in the form of countless diseases in Kaliyug. To conquer those Ravana's power is required and that power is in 'Ramnam' because before Swadhamagaman in Treta, Shriram had conquered all his powers in his name.

Shree Samarth Guru Ramdas wrote that the world is a disease. Its divine medicine is 'Ram-Nam'. Diet and restraint are main in the condition of disease. Medicine in the form of 'Ram-Nam' and the yoga of restraint can eradicate diseases soon. Chanting three crore Ram-Nam starts to change the lines on the palm. The adverse planets of the horoscope begin to adapt and there is no disease left in the body of the seeker.

It is written in 'SriChaitanya-Charitamrut' that Gaurang Mahaprabhu cured many lepers and incurable patients with 'Hare Ram Hare Krishna' - this name Sankirtan.

There are some conditions for taking Maharasayan Ram-Nam

—The first condition of this is that the name of Ram should come out of the heart. Unless a man embraces the qualities of truth, honesty and purity of himself, then Ram-Nam cannot come out of his heart.

—It takes a lot of patience to settle the name of Ram in the heart.

—The name of Ram is of no use for the tongue slippers. The one who has abandoned all the lusts can drink 'Ramaras' in true sense.

In Kaliyug, the age of man is less, even in that man keeps thinking what to do? Because there is no cross of Puranas, there is no end to Vedas, there are many sayings (advices) of the saints - whom should we put our mind in? Poems are also eternal, whose page should be adopted? But the squeeze of all is that keep chanting Ram's name all the time. By doing this one day will come when Ram-Nam will become the companion of man while sleeping and by the grace of Ramji, body, mind and soul will be completely healed.
