We all have busy life, have things to do and places to go. But life gets crazy and we don't have time to alleviate stress. We don't have time for meditation and weekend vacations. A few mindset shifts and a couple actions that take only a few minutes can solve the most severe stress related problems. Yes, Slow down. Breathe. Review your commitments and goals. Be in the moment and let go all that you can't control.

Your fears are based on some notions in your head about how things are supposed to be. These fantasies are a way to feel in control of a world that you don’t actually control, but they’re hurting you by causing fear and stress. Let go of control. Yogeshwara Shiva is Mahadev, in simple terms supreme Lord. The one who doesn't have any start and end. Everything emerges from him and in the end, gets dissolve in him. Therefore, Shiva is unique; there is no one like Shiva, the immortal one, Unconquerable, the greatest Aghor, infinite, omniscient, greatest transformer, Adi Purusha.

Maheshwara is Nirakar and Nirguna Param Brahma, in the highest level worshipped in the form of Lingam all around the world. In his physical existence, Shiva is in a household with Goddess Parvati. Every quality of Shiva makes him distinct from others.

Shiva is called by several thousands of names. Some of them are associated with deep meaning and a deep spiritual symbolism. The term Parameshwara means the supreme lord. Sarveshwara is the title that describes Shiva as the God of everything.

The term Jagadeeshwara identifies Shiva as the Lord of the universe. Maheshwara is the word that describes Shiva as the greatest god. The title Yogeshwara sees Shiva as the Lord of Yoga.

Shiva is shown seated in the lotus posture (padmasan) in a meditative pose absorbed in contemplation or supreme bliss. His body is smeared with holy ash denoting the transitory nature of the created universe. He wears a crescent moon that represents wisdom and mystic knowledge.

The three eyes tell he is the Lord of the past, present and future and the leader of sun, moon and fire. The snake colied around his neck indicates the divine energy or the Shiva principle embedded in every human being. Throughout the ages Lord Vishnu has manifested in different Avatars either on earth or in heaven. His purpose has always been the restoration of Dharma or ‘the path of Righteousness’ and the destruction of evil. There are many legends associated with him that cement his status as the Swayam Bhagwan.

One special avatar of Lord Vishnu is his Vishvarupa form, which he had taken during his Krishna and Vamana avatars. Here are some incredible facts about this universal manifestation of Lord Vishnu –

The Supreme Form Of The Lord Vishnu --

1. Vishvarupa is the ultimate manifestation or divine form of Lord Vishnu which was revealed by Lord Krishna to Arjuna during the battle of Kurukshetra.

2. It is said that the Vishvarupa form of the Lord is the embodiment of the entire universe or Brahmand. All beings and the four castes of Hindus are also said to originate from the Vishvarupa formof Vishnu.

3. Vishvarupa is endless in stature. It shows Shri Vishnu as having innumerable forms eyes faces mouths and ears. All creatures of the universe are part of him. He is the infinite universe, without a beginning or and end. Each of these has its own cosmic function or represents an aspect of the cosmos. The gods depicted include Shiva, Brahma, Ganesha, Hanuman, Indra, Agni, Surya , Chandra, Maruta (Wind God), Kubera (God of wealth), Varuna (God of water) and Yama (Time) and Brahma's three sons. Various sages, asuras , demons, gods and goddesses, while Shri Vishnu retains the central position. Amongst few, Shiva, Brahma and Vishnu together form the Trinity, Ganesh and Hanuman represent faith and divinity.

4. Lord Vishnu or Krishna had manifested in the Vishvarupa form on earth, only twice or thrice in history. The first time was when Yashoda, Krishna’s foster mother wanted to see his true form. Krishna took this form again in the court of Duryodhana in front of all his subjects.

5. The third time was when Arjuna asked to see Krishna’s absolute form on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. This form of the Lord isn’t visible to everyone and those who can see it are initially frightened by its sheer magnitude.

6. All the 14 Lokas of the universe are said to be contained within the body of Viswarupa and so are beings like Rudras, Adityas, Dikapalas, Yakshas, Gandharvas and Ashvins. He is the truth of the universe, the ultimate truth that all souls must unite with at the end.

"One who is not envious but who is a kind friend to all living entities, who does not think himself a proprietor, who is free from false ego and equal both in happiness and distress, who is always satisfied and engaged in devotional service with determination and whose mind and intelligence are in agreement with Me ;he is very dear to Me."

A pure devotee is never disturbed in any circumstances. Nor is he envious of anyone. Nor does a devotee become his enemy's enemy; he thinks that one is acting as his enemy due to his own past misdeeds. Thus it is better to suffer than to protest. In the Scriptures it is stated that Whenever a devotee is in distress or has fallen into difficulty, he thinks that it is the Lord's mercy upon him. He thinks: "Thanks to my past misdeeds I should suffer far, far greater than I am suffering now. So it is by the mercy of the Supreme Lord that I am not getting all the punishment I am due. I am just getting a little, by the mercy of God."

Therefore he is always kind, calm, quiet and patient, despite many distressful conditions. A true devotee does not attach much importance to the peace and trouble pertaining to the body because he knows perfectly well that he is not the material body. He does not identify with the body; therefore he is freed from the conception of false ego and is equiposed both in happiness and distress. He is tolerant, and he is satisfied with whatever comes by the grace of the Lord. He does not endeavor much to achieve something with great difficulty; therefore he is always joyful. He is a completely perfect mystic because he is fixed in the instructions received from the spiritual master, and because his senses are controlled, he is determined. He is not swayed, no one can lead him from the fixed determination of devotional service. He is fully conscious that God is supreme, so no one can disturb him. All his qualifications enable him to depend entirely on the Lord. Such a standard of devotional service is undoubtably very rare, but a devotee becomes situated in that stage by following the regulative principles of devotional service. Hanuman ji is first and foremost a great warrior

If we look deeply at the story of Hanuman ji , he is first and foremost a great warrior who has inspired warriors and armies throughout history, including those who defended India from invaders and protected its temples from destruction. Yet unlike Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita, Hanuman ji went through no dejection on the battlefield; he was always ready to fight with full dedication. Hanuman ji was a spiritual warrior who worked through the power of Yoga and devotion, not just personal power or a seeking of rewards. He upheld the cause of dharma and Ramarajya for humanity with his entire being. Such a Divine force is essential for our disturbed world today.

Some people are asking: Why is Hanuman angry, as he appears in many depictions in India today? Isn’t Hanuman as the embodiment of devotion and selfless service a force of love? Isn’t Hanuman a great yogi replete with self-control on all levels, beyond anger and all emotions. Is this harsh depiction perhaps more a reflection of the aggression of the people following him and their political sentiments?

In this regard, we must remember that Hanuman ji was the leader, the general of the Divine army of Sri Rama. He had to perform numerous harsh actions from the burning of the city of Lanka to the great battle with Ravana’s demon hordes. Hanuman ji was an indomitable warrior who fought without pity, compromise or apologies, yet also without malice or hatred. Hanuman ji has long been revered as both an ideal warrior and ideal yogi, each complementing the other. Yoga is not just about uniting with the higher forces, this also requires first separating from and removing the lower forces.

Hanuman ji is the son of Vayu (Vayuputra), the cosmic wind God, who represents the electrical or lightning forces of nature that pervade all space and are the source of all energies in the universe. That is why Hanuman ji can fly through the air or become as large or as small as he wishes. All the forces from gravity to electricity are ruled by Vayu. Vayu causes the rain but also hurricanes, earthquakes and storms of all types. Vayu is the ruling power in the universe that we must humble ourselves before.

Hanuman ji himself was a manifestation of Lord Shiva, particularly in his tempestuous Rudra form to destroy all negativity. Shiva himself is Bhairava, meaning he who is fierce and Vayu is one of Shiva’s forms. Hanuman ji represents awesome power and is not merely a playful image or poetic metaphor, which is not to fear him but to appreciate and honor his stature.
