ALL THE LOVE YOU NEED

ALL THE LOVE YOU NEED
All the struggle
the tussle
the hussle
the bussle
all the fights
from all the lands
and all the people
Kings and warriors
and even sages,
was just to get to Him.
You should have pulled on the ropes of love,
instead of the ' Tug O war' you did!
All the craze to get to immortality
seemed a dream of nectar sweet,
but for the lover, a life without the loved
is without a doubt, a poison curse within.
Get to Him, for love, not gain
and the nectar sweet shall flow free,
all the love you need!
earth to sky, Namah Shivaye,
Aum Namah Shivaye.

INFINITY

INFINITY
You cannot describe infinity. Infinite is such a big word. Yes, but guess what, you can always merge into it! And it is just like that with God.

LATEST UPDATES ON OUR AROLI TEMPLE.

There has been a good progress to our Temple restoration works. Balalaya Prathishta was held in December, 2023.  The Punaprathishta pooja date has been fixed on March 22. All preparatory poojas will start from March 17. Many kinds of seeds were planted and have sprouted within our Temple compound to enhance the divinity of our Temple and our Temple thanthri will use the produce from these plants for his poojas.

Punaprathishta muhurtham is on March 22 morning between 9.40am and 11.40am. We wish for the presence of our Payyan clan members on this very auspicious day and hope everyone can help out on that day.

We have replaced the Sreekovil‘s flooring from small stones to large stones. A new Ovu (with dragon face) has been placed in the Sreekovil. We are trying to furnish our Temple with the spiritual requirements mentioned by our thanthri inside the Chuttambalam.

The year end General Meeting of the Temple was held on 21 January, 2024. The new committee members are:-

Chairman- Anil Kumar P

General Secretary- Praveen C

Vice Chairmen - Krishnan T, Sasidharan E

Joint Secretaries - Mohanan PM,

Madhusoosanan C,

Muralidharan E

In 2023, the Temple committee had completed the plastering work of the Sapthahamandapam, the thanthri‘s room and the kalavara. The roof works for them have also been completed. The plastering work and the wall of the west Padipura is still pending. The roof work for the west side Padipura is also pending.

For the new building in the South, flooring work, electrical work, doors and windows are pending. There is a plan to construct a bathroom and a toilet for the thanthri on the piece of land which was recently purchased.

Attached are some recent photo (above) and videos (below) of our beloved Temple:

THE ONE

THE ONE
He is the One who existed even before the world began.
He is the One who has been prayed to, even when He was unseen.
And ever since the very first time He chose to make His presence known, Shiva has been loved by millions.
Records about Him from ancient folklore are very interesting;
He is the perfection of opposites:
Supreme spiritual Guru, but warrior Chieftain,
Ascetic, but perfect husband,
Mendicant, but householder,
Master of yogic stillness, but King of dance;
Shiva is the fountainhead where paradox reconciles.
In the Hindu pantheon of Gods, He is called the destroyer,
And yet, known by the beautiful symbol of creation, the Shivlinga.
Lately, a lot of interest has been evinced in Shiva. We have had dozens of books, TV serials, movie clips, comics ,and lots of pages and groups surfacing on social media, all dedicated to the enigma that is Mahadeva – The God amongst Gods. When I first set out to write on Shiva, I wanted to come out with something that I myself would have enjoyed reading about Him! Everyone loves a good story, and reading so much from others about Shiva, I wanted to present His story the way that I ‘saw’ Him.

MOKSHA SPOKE

MOKSHA SPOKE
What is this difficult word, Moksha , I thought
will a guy like me ever get to find it ,
the ultimate liberation, even by the end of life?
Then Moksha spoke:
You do not find me at the end of life.
Look within yourself, where I always reside.
~ Shail Gulhati: Shiva and Mysticism. From the book ' And life said'
