AS WE TOOK OUR VOWS

As we walked around the holy fire seven times,

some said we took our vows each time,

for seven lives together.

But i know now, seven lives is nothing.

As we took our vows, the bull and the tiger crossed,

what's mine is yours, it always was!

The fire within travelled the metaphysics of the spirit,

chakra by chakra to Sahasrara,

and smelted seven realms of 'Us' forever.

It means do not fear anything because God is with you.

SHIVA'S TRANCE

He often drifted into a whirlpool of questions. What was His role in this world? How far had He played out that role? Where had He come from? Where was He going?

He had serial memories of the past, lucid visualizations of a future, strangely woven together into a spiritual Déjà vu.

A tizzy mix of past life regression and peeps into future progressions, would become His surreal but thrilling ‘mind ride’.

The whirlpool of imagination was actually like a trance that revealed to Him the matrix of the entire universe.

It was as if time and space danced around Him in astral dimensions, to rouse His own ancient rhythm. A dance that led Him to an understanding of how the entire universe, all things, anything at all that existed, came into being.

A BILLION STARS

A billion stars you nest

in those magical matlocks,

birth heavens with each flick of approval

some have walked the ramp, some yet to come.

Shiva!

Lord of the ring, they say

but more, the caster of the play.

When the dance began, some ran

others waited for the nod,

at the ripening of the magical pod.

Earth to sky, Namah Shivaye!

THE CHOICE IS YOURS

You can let me live an ordinary life

not knowing what you really are,

and after the show is over

consign me to dust and ashes.

or then,

You could make me one small bead of your necklace

and let me be in an endless embrace

where the cobra has always adorned You.

You, who can take a whole planet as a bead,

and thus tying a little me to You

you can set me free in eternity, in a matter of hours!

The choice is yours.
