Bimb Pratibimb
Lord Shiva Natraja on a white lotus, and the pond reflects the same.
The Kashmir Shaiv Darsana : Kashmir Shaivism states, the eternal subject( Bimb) sees himself in reflection (Pratibimb).
So too, God manifests the world, to 'see' Himself in all His own Leelas.
