Are you feeling discouraged by the places you’ve struggled to place your trust in God?

I don’t want you to lose heart, divine souls.

Learning deeper trust in God doesn’t often happen in straight lines. It’s when we cycle through trials, tripping and sometimes falling, that we realize our desperate need for God. Knowing our need for Him leads us to putting our trust in Him.

Here is a prayer of trust we can lift up together today ;

Lord, You have no need to prove Your trustworthiness, and yet time and again we see You revealing how very compassionate You are. We proclaim in this moment, You are very kind. You are worthy of our trust.

You are the trustworthy One we need to daily turn to and return to with all our desires, issues, fears, hard situations, relationship struggles, uncertainties, disappointments, disillusionments, and everything in between. You are the answer to all our questions.

You are the solution to our longings. You are the way when there seems to be no other way. You lead us, guide us, protect us, and save us. You are our Father. And we want to trust You more than ever before. Please help me develop that kind of trust and faith in you.
