SATYAM EVA JAYATE
“You see, this universe is huge, almost infinite, and life forms exist in wonderful, varied ways across galaxies in outer space.”
“Yes.”
“Most of the life forms are content to live in their own place of birth.”
“Hmm…”
“But there are some, who are eager to know more, so they venture out of their own homes, their comfort zones, and traverse the far ends of their planet. Sometimes, they go beyond even that, into outer space.”
“Oh, Gurudeva! Are you saying that intergalactic travel exists?”
“I am saying, that in God’s creation, everything that can be thought of, exists,” said Suta.
“So, some of these explorers were more ambitious: planet after planet, star after star, even traversing several galaxies in a few years,” he continued.
“I see…”
“Now here came the problem. After having explored the whole world, they wanted more: they wanted to own the world, they wanted to be supreme masters of the universe they had explored, and this was a kind of malignancy that crept into the cosmic evolution. Verily, some of them relished the thought of subjugating others and ruling over them.”
