People often feels their life sucks they have been through a lot, life is just meaningless.
Yes circumstances can certainly make life unhappy. But often a big part of unhappiness is the way we think and take it emotionally. Do not get stuck in the past and future too much. Spending much of your time in the past and reliving old painful memories, conflicts, missed opportunities and so on can hurt whole lot. Spending much of your time in the future and imagining how things could go wrong at work, in your relationships and with your health can build into horrifying nightmare scenarios playing over and over in your head. Not being here right now in life as it happens can lead to missing out on a lot of wonderful experiences. No good if you want to be happier. Our behavior and habits plays a part to, very little is needed to make a happy life it is all within our self, in our way of thinking.
First we need to learn how to appreciate our existence. We have to remind our self that we are lucky to have been born on this sacred planet. We can always regain our happiness, if we sincerely appreciate our life and thank GOD for making us and giving us these divine experiences.
Don’t care too much about how others think about what you do because they have their hands full with worrying about their own lives. Focus strictly on your own life and start practicing meditation and prayers every day. This will help you to raise your self-esteem and will give you positive energy to think right, to live right and to deal with life’s ups and down.
