People often run behind the contemporary life but modern life wears us down it puts tremendous amount of stress on us- running behind man made things can place a burden on our brains and bodies. Scientists have compiled evidence that suggests that a connection to nature is vital to our psychological and physical health because it helps recharge our brains so that we are better able to cope with the stresses in life. Indirectly we all are attracted to the nature but are get more and more addictive to things like TV, computer, FB, tweeter which can also make our life stressful and unfit.
Step outside on a bare foot where there are trees and other greeneries, leave your cell phone behind and get recharged.
We all know that the nature is the most beautiful thing on the planet. Manmade construction may be attractive but we get bored so fast and seek for the nature. Watching God made beauties like trees, flying butterflies birds, flowers, mountain, waves in the ocean, getting wet in the rain river, watching sunshine fills us with vitality, makes our life blissful and peaceful.
