Does God eat the food we offer?
If eat, why does that thing not expire?
And if you don't eat, what is the use of indulging?
A boy asked this question to his teacher in the middle of the lesson.
The Guru did not answer immediately.
They kept teaching lessons before.
The day he taught a verse at the end of the lesson:
पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात् पूर्णमुदच्यते ।
पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते ॥
After completing the lesson, the teacher told the disciples to see the book and make the verses.
After an hour, the teacher asked the student who questioned whether he got the shloka or not? That disciple recited the whole verse to the pure Guru.
Yet the teacher shook his head in 'no', the disciple said, "If they want, see the book; the verse is absolutely pure. "
Guru while looking at the book said, "The verses are in the book, so how did it go in your mind? The disciple could not answer anything.
Then the Guru said
“The verse in the book is obese. When you read the verse, it subtlely entered your mind,
The same subtle form he lives in your brain. And even when you're tired of reading it, there's no shortage in the book's obese verses.
Thus the prevailing God all over the world accepts the request made by us in a subtle form,
And there is no shortage of obesity. That is what we take as *prasad*.
The disciple got the answer to his question.
