There are 3 simple steps we can take to be more at peace in our lives and they are-
1) Surrender to what is.
2) Let go of what was.
3) Have faith in what will be.
We are the ones that put ourselves into a state of hell because of how we choose to live in the moment.
When we finally decide that we've had enough of being sick and tired on all levels (mentally & physically) then adopting these 3 steps will bring you back to a path of happiness, peace and liberation from suffering.
We may not be able to control the mind all the time but we sure can choose what to focus on and what to ignore.
The better we get at choosing the thoughts and feelings we prefer to entertain, the more fun and expanded our life becomes.
