PARAPINDA

PARAPINDA
The king
in the beggar
that mendicant in the home dweller,
the tale, the listener and the teller,
One, am I ; who sport,
as the many
I who love, and I desire,
I create and procreate,
I exalt, I refrain,
It is I who kill, and I who die,
I who burn and I who cry,
I kindle the fire,
And I it is, that’s born again,
to play the cosmic game,
of seek and hide,
and seek again.
~ From 'Shiva poetry by SShail Gulhati
Note: Gorakh, the great Nath yogi, expounded that Parapinda, God’s body, is the sum of all bodies in the world.
