It is not worrying that will solve things, actions will solve things
The biggest point to meditation is to have the ability to still the mind. To still the mind, one should not have regrets or worries for the 1 hour of meditation.
One should be detached while compassionate.
After all, how will regret change the past? If you can fix what was broken, fix it, if you need help from others to fix it, ask for help. If nothing can be done, accept it and live with it.
How can worry change the future? Can it be fixed? Fix it. Prepare and get things ready. It is not worrying that will solve things, actions will solve things
