Examine Your Fear With Curiosity :
The next time you feel nervous or fearful about something, re-frame your situation with curiosity. Take that fear and that situation and look at them with a curious mindset.
Examine everything you can. Get closer to your fear by being curious about it and examine the causes. A solution will not come by "pushing the fear away" because that will make it more intense. You CAN do the opposite and take a closer look at it.
Examine your body sensations. Let everything just be. Do not judge as good or bad but just experience everything without fighting. When you do this you make the fear and the situation become better known and this WILL make the fear disappear.
We never fear what we understand because we are able to look at it and come up with calm solutions to any situation.
