Sarvatra Bhairava
Everywhere, is Shiva.

The great Kashmir Shaiv Darsana Teaches that at first the seeker cannot see the sought and he is perplexed. Then He 'sees' Shiva Arising from Within His own Self(Atma) This is Udhyamo Bhairava. We may liken it to Enlightenment or Self Realisation. But in the Beautiful way of Shiva, the spiritual journey does not end here. There comes a stage of Sarvatra Bhairav, when you realise that Shiva, infact, is Everywhere!
