THE HOLINESS OF THE TRIAD

Photo: THE HOLINESS OF THE TRIAD

A beautiful picture of a crystal Shivlinga in a Silver base, guarded on all three sides by an arisen cobra. Lord Shiva is Triguna, he is Trinetra dhaari( The three eyed God) , he is also TrilokiNath-One who is the master of all three worlds. Now what are three worlds?
it is the Earth, the sky and the Underground, but also the present, the past and the future-He is Sadashiv! You must note that spiritually, Shivji's Trisula also stands for the same thing,
it indicates His mastery over the Triad of waking, dream and sleep, past present future, and also which is Iccha Gyan and Kriya( Will, knowledge and action) These are the three main shaktis of Godhood. So too, the three snakes seem to represent Shivji's complete supremacy over all these things!
Aum Namah Shivaye!
