Karma yoga is the path of selfless action.

Karma yoga is the path of selfless action. Karma yoga consists of entirely selfless service, in which the Ego is given up to the desire to serve the divine in every thing. Real Karma Yogi will perform all his work as a sacrifice for god and will offer the results of his Karma to God. He will not do anything to satiate his personal Ego. Work done as a sacrifice for God has to be performed, otherwise work binds one to this material world.‪ Without being attached to the fruits of activities, one should act as matter of duty; for by working without attachment, one attains the Supreme. You have the right to perform your God given prescribed duties, but you have no right to expect the fruits of the action. Never consider to be the cause of the results of your activities and never be attached to not doing your duty. One who does not expect anything, but accepts whatever comes his way by God's grace, by performing your duties with devotion and renunciation, he is a true Karma yogi!
