Every day may not be good, but there’s something good in every day. Train your mind to see the good in everything. Life is full of beauty. Notice it!  Namaste Beautiful People. It's Transformation Tuesday ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป Yes, Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for the beauty of each precious moment. Everyone has something that’s guaranteed to put a smile on their face. Playing with your dog. Or going for a drive. Sometimes when you’re down, it might feel like you have to stay there. But the truth is we can influence how we feel by choosing what we do. Sitting around sulking causes prolonged sadness. Doing something proactive will help you start to feel better. When you realise you’re the only thing standing between you and a smile, you get motivated to take action. That’s the thing about feelings: you can’t sit around waiting for them to change. You have to do something to change them. The best way to change how you feel is to change how you think about what’s bothering you. Instead of dwelling on what went wrong, identify what you learned, focus on things you can actually control. Diffuse your negative feelings by generating positive ones. Happiness is not the absence of problems, but the ability to deal with them. Raise your awareness to your own inner strength and positivity. You are in charge of how you react to the people and events in your life. You can either give negativity power over your life, or you can choose to be positive instead by focusing on the great things that are truly important. So talk about your blessings more than you talk about your problems. Just because you’re struggling doesn’t mean you’re failing. Every great success requires some kind of worthy struggle to get there. Love, Light & Peace ~ Har Har Mahadev ~ Boom Shankar!!
