ADIGURU SHIVA
Shivji is the Adi Guru, the first Guru of the Universe,it is He who has trained and taught all the Sapt rishis, and generation by generation, lineage by lineage ,this teaching has come down to us. And yet he is called a destroyer.
Yes, He is a destroyer! Even in the role of a teacher, He destroys your sense of separation from Divinity; Just the same way a computer vendor may empty your disc space for better performance, he dumps all your junk collection because it is no longer needed. These junk messages may have resulted not only in personal misery, but also creating chaos and disharmony when we come together in collective societies. So too, Shiva is Hara,"He who takes away" In taking away, He gives! Ignorance goes, Godhood returns.
