NATHA PANTHIS IN SOCIETY: In history, some of the Siddhas or the disciples of the Siddhas were people of wealth or political power. They sponsored the building of caves for the ascetics to live; and temples were built in human settlements where the ascetics could come and give discourses and initiate people. These caves and temples are often sculpted with the ways of the nathas- yogis in superb hathayoga postures, yogis in meditation, and a few of the nathas.
