1. Make your parents and family members happy everyday
2. Be happy
3. Help make other people become happy
4. Help improve your community
5. Learn at least 1 new thing every day
6. Meditate. It will help you
7. Offer love and compassion to everyone and everything
8. Visit those who are sad and lonely, try to make their day bright
9. Bring hope to the hopeless
