LATEST REPORT ON OUR TEMPLE RESTORATION WORKS AT OUR TEMPLE AT AROLI, KANNUR AS OF 24 AUGUST 2014.

Chuttambalam works are in progress.

The works on the 16 rock pillars are over.

The carpenters began their work on 19 August. Seven to eight carpenters are now working daily at our Temple.

The roofing works will take 2 weeks. The total wood required was finalised today. It included the Palaurupp wood which was brought from Sullia and an additional 5 cubic Palurupp wood bought from the Kannur area. The wood required for the front and north entrances to the chuttambalam has to be bought.

The stone pillars of Namaskaramandapam will be ready in two days time. We will go to Palakkad and will bring it once they are ready.

The Padukam works of Namaskaramandapam are over.

It is decided to start the frontal flooring works of chuttambalam after the completion of the carpentary works. The sand and other required things for that work are readily available here.

Warmest regards,
Praveen C
Temple Chairman.
