This world is forever changing. Change is common to all life on earth. We are not today what we were yesterday and tomorrow everything will be different from what it is today. Like the world around us, much of what we do and say is transient and temporary. But there are a handful of things in life that never change, nor should they ever change. One of those things in life that never changes is God. ✨🕉✨ Namaste Beautiful Souls. Its time for Monday Mantra. 📿✨📿 Yes Shiva never changes. He is the same yesterday , today, tomorrow and forever. Shivas truth is also ever lasting. His truth alone stands as single constant. Hold on to him and draw close. Sing his glorious praises, chant his name. The greatest of all duties is to remember Him. The first thing to do in the morning is to meditate on Him and think how you can give your life to His service, so that all day long you will be filled with His joy. No matter what you do, you should never lose sight of the fact that Shiva is the supreme reality. He is the only one to be depended upon. Constantly surrendering to him will purify yourself and help you stay connected with him. Meditate on his form. Breathe deeply and as you inhale and exhale, concentrate on your mind. Stress on the area between your eyebrows. Try and feel the sense of nature. Feel blessed with what you have with you. Intone chant Om Namah Shivaya slowly. This meditation is like a medicen which will produce deep state of relaxation and will calm your mind. While you meditate you focus on your inner sense and let go of all external thoughts. And you will immensely benefit from it ; physically, emotionally and spiritually! You will be able to control your thoughts. This will help you become more strong emotionally ignoring petty issues.
