No matter how long the rain lasts, there will always be a rainbow after the storm. We all have good days and bad days, good health and bad health, and it's absolutely ok. So instead of thinking and worrying, we need to understand that whatever is upsetting us shall pass too. Just as we take shelter from a storm, we also need to allow our mind to take shelter by removing stress and negative thinking. We need to understand everything is temporary, nothing is permanent. When things are good, enjoy every minute. When things are bad, this will not last either. So, replace the stress and worry with a smile, because good times are just around the corner. 🌿🌼🍂🌺
