Question : How to manage anger?
Guruji : First, examine your emotions. By observing them you will realise that anger is an expression of sadness; it is active sadness and sadness is passive anger. Once you see that anger is a symptom and sadness is the cause, find out why you are sad. Most times, you may just think that you are sad. See with your meditative eye. Somebody has called me an idiot; that made me sad. The word itself does not hurt but your interpretation, your judgement, your evaluation gives you sorrow. Ego is made up of your inputs. Overcome your ego.
