LALLI
Sang lalli in Kashmir,
take heed!
enchanting is paradise,
and you forget,
to look,
for He, who hides,
even through the brilliant guise,
He is everywhere!
but sits where you won’t seek, such is the player!
Such is the player,that ,
doubt will cloud the peak,
here? in my own bossom?
aah! how could it be?
O Lalli, Lalli, dont you know,
that He, is you, and you, are He?
take heed!
enchanting is paradise,
and you forget,
to look,
for He, who hides,
even through the brilliant guise,
He is everywhere!
but sits where you won’t seek, such is the player!
Such is the player,that ,
doubt will cloud the peak,
here? in my own bossom?
aah! how could it be?
O Lalli, Lalli, dont you know,
that He, is you, and you, are He?
