Think Fresh
To think fresh you need to be free of all the impressions. Let go of all the impressions right this moment and be Hollow and Empty. When you hear a word the sound conveys the meaning instantaneously. Similarly, the knowledge that you are sitting, standing, talking, etc. neither needs a confirmation nor a proof.
Just an intention to be free makes you free right away. Realization that freedom is your very nature, brings enormous Shakti (Energy).

Q: When I meditate I am asked to keep leather items away. I am told that Lord Shiva is in Vajarasan on tiger skin, is it so?
Guruji: Somebody asked me, 'Shiva also drinks alcohol'. I said, 'First Shiva drank poison (halahal). Can you drink poison? Then we will talk'. Don’t think on these lines. Those days that was the only seat.
In Gita it is written that sit on a deer skin. That means, be natural like a deer.
There are already so few animals. If you kill them to sit in meditation then that it is not correct. They ask to keep leather away because there can be obstruction in flow of energy.

Sublimating Lust
Lust is one of the main botherations that many face. Lust grips the mind and tires the body, and dulls the intellect. Lust, when indulged, brings inertia, and when suppressed brings anger. Lust is nothing but primordial un-harnessed energy. The same when harnessed manifests as enthusiasm, sparkle, sharpness of intellect and love.
What are the factors which can sublimate or transform lust into love?
Playfulness: People who are in the grip of lust cannot be genuinely playful. When you are genuinely playful, then there is no lust there.
Generosity: When you realize that you are here only to give and give, and you feel that you are very generous, lust is sublimated. Lust makes one possessive and not generous.

The mind that is not united with your inner self, acts like your enemy. That mind which has been won over, which is unwavering is your best friend. Befriend and work your mind. This is the message of yoga.
