Everything is never going to be perfect. You are going to have some losses, Some things that are little unforeseen that you will have to deal with. But No matter how far life pushes you down, Its not how hard you fall, it's how high you bounce that really counts! Namaste Lovely People. Happy Thursday and Time for Thursday Thoughts! ๐๐ป๐ฟ๐บ Things happen. Life sometimes puts us in situation where we are the victim. But then, So what? Accidents do happen. There are always going to be few bad decisions and few bad results. But you can always make a new decision ~ your choice to change your attitude. Instead of spending the next few weeks or your life full of recriminations and bitterness, try to forgive and let it go. Hatred can consume you and it's the wasted emotion. Are you going to get something valuable out of it? Think! Accept reality and detach from fantasies to move forward in any situation. To deny this reality or to fight against the past will merely waste your time and energy. To wish that things were different, or to pretend that they are, gets you nowhere. Acceptance is letting go and allowing things to be the way they truly are. Forgiveness is the acceptance of the present moment, as it is, without attachment to any other time, place or circumstance. Allow yourself to feel emotional pain, so you can grow beyond it. There’s no reason to be ashamed for feeling something or for expressing pain if it’s real to you. It’s a sign that you have a big heart, and that you aren’t afraid to be honest about it. Showing your emotions is a sign of human strength. Recently I was reading about famous Hollywood Academy Award Winning Actress Julia Roberts. She admits boldly that she had to go through a period of depression for a long time. She felt she was not good enough. She tells confidently how she embraced the pain and defeats and how she could rise above all. It shows that she is a woman of strength. It shows we all feel sad and depressed sometimes and that's absolutely ok. It happens, then it fades, and you’re stronger than you were before. So don’t allow your temporary wounds to permanently transform you into someone you aren’t. A strong person is not the one who doesn’t cry. A strong person is the one who cries for a moment openly, and then gets up and fights again for what they believe in.!!! Love , light & Peace ~ Boom Shankar!!
