💐 Lord Shiva worships Goddess at Kamakhya Shaktipeeth 💐

After the self-immolation of Mother Sati in the Daksha Yagya , Shiva became uncontrollable and began dancing with the dead body of Divine Mother . In his innocence he forgets that Sati is Adi Parashakti , the everlasting and eternal power of the universe , she cannot die but she herself had burned her body to teach Daksha a lesson . His terrible Dance of Destruction creates havoc and everyone goes and prays to the Mother Almighty . Bramha and Vishnu asks Goddess for help and even Shiva starts praying , the Mother appears and assures Shiva that she will be born again as the daughter of King Himavan , she says I never left you alone because you are non other than Mahakala whom I as Mahakali loves the most as I am the power in you for which the world calls you the supreme destroyer . The Devi lefts and Vishnu with his Sudarshana Chakra cuts the body parts of Sati’s body to free Shiva from its illusion . This lead to the formation of the sacred Shaktipeethas which are the abodes of Mother Shakti on earth . Even with all this Shiva is not satisfied and he bemoans on Sati’s death .

Shiva then goes to Kamakhya peeth the sacred place where the yoni of Mother Goddess had fallen for penance and worshiping Mother . As Kamakhya is the most sacred of all the Shaktipeethas as this place gives us the ultimate joy of being back in Mother’s womb and even Shiva felt this joy and this place satisfied his hunger for Sati . Along with Shiva even Bramha and Vishnu started their penance on this holy place . After a period of time Mother Aadi Parashakti appeared in her most beautiful form ever and asked Mahadeva what he wants . Shiva said “oh Parmeshwari , just like before you were my wife will you be again ? “. The Mother replied “ I had told you that i’ll soon take birth as the daughter of my worshipers King Himavan and Menaka as Parvati , which will be my complete form and also in another form as Ganga as you danced with my body atop your head so my partial form Ganga will lie permanently in your tresses . With this the Goddess disappeared and Shiva became happy that soon he will get his consort back , Lord Shiva the lord of all lords was not able to bear the separation from the Mother Divine because the Supreme Goddess is Rajarajeshwari the Queen of all Lords and the power which provides them the strength and is the ultimate source of the origin of everything . Without Mother Nature the life would be like a corpse which Shiva felt .
