The question all Shiv bhakts needed an answer to… What gift is worth asking from Lord Shiva
- The ancient Rishis who knew Shiva as Rudra from the pre vedic times, prayed that Shiva may impel us, Shiva may make us do things.
The question arises, what should we pray that Shiva may make us do? is it wealth, fame,power, an empire that he should help us make?
- For this, let us look more closely at Shiva Himself. He is the God of meditation, always in Dhyana, in mindfullness. Always centered in Divine consciousness.
- Therefore a worthy thing to ask Shiva, is actually to become spiritual like He is.Spiritual health contains all health, spiritual wealth is the treasure chest of all wealth.
- To know God even for a minute is better than being famous for a lifetime.
