Do you feel like you have hundreds of problems? Everyone does.
Everyone has problems, but it is how we respond to problems that would change the course of every thing.
Make the best out of every situation, but here are some useful tips you may share to everyone.
1. List down all your problems on a sheet of paper
2. Sort them out from most urgent to least urgent
3. Look at each problem, look at the most urgent and ask yourself if you have a solution.
4. If you don't have a solution, seek advice from mentors, family, or friends
5. Set a timeline on how to resolve the issue.
6. Repeat the same step for all your other problems
Remember, in life, we have to be proactive. In times that we suddenly face a situation where we have to be reactive, then we react accordingly.
If you find yourself stressed and emotional, chant 10 rounds of Om Namah Shiva every day. Take walks to a park or sit underneath a tree. Look for a place of silence and solitude and relax. Imagine this, if you have 100 boxes, each weighing 30 kilos. You can lift the first box, find the second box heavier, and it will just get heavier and heavier. The weight of the box hasn't changed, but our body gets exhausted. We have to let our body rest if we want to be productive. It might take us longer, but if you don't rest, you might end up breaking down and the more you cannot finish the task at hand. Similarly, you have to take a break, you have to relax, make sure there are accomplishments done, and take the next task another day if necessary.
Every problem has a solution, in some situations, we just have to accept our fate.
Before we accept our fate though, we should have done our level best. We should have given 100%. We should pick up lessons, we should be stronger, smarter, and more resilient. We should learn to be proactive and know how to prevent said problem from happening again.
One good deed at a time, doing the right thing every time. It will be tough, but the tough is worth it.
Om Namah Shiva
