The path to wellness begins on the road to recovery. Selfcare is essential to the recovery process. What you do today to take care of yourself is very important. Many of you struggle with mental disorders, which is widely misunderstood. It's time we start talking about this. It's something which happens in the lives of many people we see everyday. There are no easy answers sometimes. May be you just have to change the questions. Instead of ; how do I let go off what's behind? May be a better question would be ; what am I going to do right now with what's In front? And chances are many of you can't cope with it all and just unable to confront the problems, you are feeling suicidal right now. Be strong, stay positive. Here are few tips that you can do to help yourself.
1- Tell someone.
2- Distance yourself from any means of suicide.
3- Avoid alcohol n drugs.
4- Avoid doing things your are likely to fail.
5- Make a schedule and stick to it.
6- Do pleasurable activities.
7- Take care of your physical health.
8- Spend 30 minutes a day in the sun.
9- Trust c.ose friends and share with them.
10- Make yourself talk to other people.
