Who am I?
We say “it’s my arm”, “it’s my head”, “it’s my leg”. Who is that "me"? Who is the owner of all those?
We say “my mind”, “my feelings”, my emotions”. Who is that "me"? Who is the master of all those?
We look at our old photographs and say “this is me as a baby”, “this is me as a toddler”, “this is me as a teenager” and so on. But if we look at all those photos, these are all different bodies. Body of a toddler is different than the body of an adult. But we still know that “this is me”. So what is that something, who is that someone that is present in all those photos? Who am I?
