Ever observed the number '0'? We often talk about the 'zero state' or the 'State of Nothingness'. But we rarely notice the symbology. '0' is shaped like a linga. An ellipse looks like a circle that has been squashed into an oval. Elliptical figures are said to be most stable as they have high density, volume and area. The linga is elliptical in shape. So is earth, so are the other planets, satellites and their Orbits. Our galaxy, the Milky Way, tooforms an ellipse. The sound of ॐ when graphically represented, forms an ellipse. Its a tribute to the Parabramha, the cosmic force formed out of the union of Shiva and Shakti. To further decode one possible meaning of the ellipse, the circumference is like a protective layer, preserving what lies inside. Similarly, our physical body is a shield. It is the home for our soul. We must look after our Soul (Shiva) and body (Shakti), fill it with love so that it is appropriately nurtured through the spiritual journey via various births. Cause no harm to yourself. Cause no harm to others. This is the best way of nurturing the soul. Hear what nature says, see what nature shows, feel what nature makes u feel, taste pain and joy, breathe Love! We are surrounded by natural signs and symbols. Interpret them wisely. Unite your senses and go higher !!!
