LORD VISHNU & SHIVA ARE ONE ~ Jai Shri ShankarNarayana ~ Om HariHaraya Namah !

"Sivasya hridayam vishnur-vishnoscha hridayam sivah"
Vishnu is the heart of Siva and likewise Siva is the heart of Vishnu’.
“Siva and Vishnu are one and the same entity. They are the names given to the different aspects of the all-pervading supreme soul or the Absolute. The one and the same Lord manifests Himself as Brahma, Vishnu and Siva when He is associated with the universal process of creation, preservation and destruction.

In the Tulasi Ramayana, Lord Rama says “With joined palms I lay before you another secret doctrine: without adoring Sankara, man cannot attain devotion to Me."

"Ekam Sat Viprah Bahundha Vadanti", there is one God whom we call by various names ~ Rigveda. God is one, forms are many. Due to the differences in individual dispositions, people follow different paths, but he is the only destination of all of them. Shiva or Vishnu, they are one.

Shiva sings Lord Vishnus Glories ~ "Those who are distressed and take shelter of You, either by speaking about You or by remembering You, become completely safe and free from danger. They overcome death and old age. What to speak of those who come personally to You and take shelter. When one remembers You, his dangers disappear".

And Shri Vishnu sings glories of Shiva ~ "you have nothing to fear from Lord Shiva. He is the shelter of the pious, easily pleased, the servant and lord of his devotees, and is great minded. Shiva and the Sudarshana chakra are dearer to Me than My life. In the world of valor, they excel all. Lord Shiva can easily create ten million Suryas and ten million Brahmas. For him, nothing is impossible. He is not conscious of the external world. Meditating on Me, his heart centered, he is absorbed day and night. From his five faces he repeats My mantra with devotion, and he always sings My glories. Day and night, I also always think of Shiva and his welfare. To whatever degree one worships Me, to that degree I favor one. The nature of Siva is all-auspiciousness.”

Shiva says " Any person who is surrendered to the Supreme Vishnu, the controller of everything, is very dear to me.”
"A person who is directly surrendered to Lord Vishnu, in unalloyed devotional service is immediately promoted to the spiritual planets. I, Lord Shiva, and other demigods attain these planets only after the destruction of the material world. You are all devotees of the Lord, and as such I appreciate that you are as respectable as the Supreme Personality of Godhead Himself. I know in this way that the devotees also respect me and that I am dear to them. Thus no one can be as dear to the devotees as I am!

हरि-हर, शिव-विष्णु एक ही आदिशक्ति के दो स्वरुप, एक पालन करते हैं, दूसरा नवसृजन के पहले विनाश करते हैं। सृष्टि की यही कार्यप्रणाली स्थापित की गई है। एक ही दिव्य ज्योति से दोनो ही प्रकट हुए हैं।
दोनो में न कोई भेद है और न ही कोई अंतर। भगवान विष्णु को भजे बिना शिव प्रसन्न नहीं होते और महादेव के पूजन के बिना हरि को खुश कर पाना संभव नहीं।
