It’s not outside forces that make u feel good or bad, it’s in the mind. It's not the outside events, it's your thoughts that are stressful. All conflicts start internally, in our minds. Change your thoughts, and you will have a better tomorrow. See challenges as stepping stones and Say it out loud: “Today I will do what others won’t, so tomorrow I can do what others can’t.” It’s the things you fight for and struggle with before earning that have the greatest worth. Discover thyself, you are strong! Make changes in your life style, start meditating and draw close to Shiva. It will bring strong deity like Energy in your inner mind. Visualise a better life after failure. Success is stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm.
