Sarvatra Bhairava! Everywhere, Is Shiva ! the Kashmir Shaiv Darsana : Kashmir Shaivism teaches that a seeker looks for shiva, then finds him within(Udhyamo Bhairava) and finally he sees that everywhere is shiva.
