Lord Vishnu dwells in all humans and is the all-pervasive Lord.

Lord Vishnu, is the One who is in charge of maintaining the Cosmic balance, a reason for which the Lord has taken different Avatars and appeared on Earth. Among the many other attributes of Shri Vishnu, He oversees the order of all things, the Dharma. Known as benevolent and giving, Lord Vishnu restores Karma and allows us to correct ourselves and when deserved, grants Moksha (liberation from the cycle of birth and death).

Lord Vishnu dwells in all humans and is the all-pervasive Lord. We may say that these are some of the primary attributes or aspects of Lord Vishnu, as the powers of the Lord extends beyond words. Lord Vishnu is purity, for The Vaishnava sect Lord Vishnu is the Supreme Godhead, the creator, preserver, and transformer, all in one.

Garuda  is the King of Birds and Mount (Vahana) of Lord Vishnu. Garuda is depicted as having a golden body, white face, red wings, and an eagle's beak and wings but a man's body. He is ancient and huge, and can block out the sun, His wings are said to have a span of many miles.

His stature in Hindu religion can be gauged by the fact that an independent Upanishad, the Garuda Upanishad, and a Purana, the Garuda Purana, is devoted to him. Various names have been attributed to Garuda - Chirada, Gaganeshvara, Kamayusha, Kashyapi, Khageshvara, Nagantaka, Sitanana, Sudhahara, Suparna, Tarkshya, Vainateya, Vishnuratha and others.⁣⁣

We meditate on Garuda, the Great Soul, the manifestation of Supreme Consciousness. May He, who has golden wings, give me clarity. Oh Garuda, please bring me enlightenment and inspiration.⁣⁣
