THE ONE

THE ONE
Some religions speak of God as being formless. Aum, Omkar, Nirakaar,Brahman, Ha shem, and so on in different cultures to denote Supreme Consciousness, or 'The One'.
So, what is the position of the Shiva bhakts regarding the form or formlessness of their Chief?
Shaivites also have their own word for the formless essence, the essential 'God stuff ', from which the whole Universe is projected. This is 'Shiva Tattva', and each of us is made from this primal element.
So is there a difference between this formless Shiva Tattva and the Shiva we know from pictures and stories, who has a form of a Yogi ?
No.
Everyone is essentially Shiva Tattva, but most of us tend to forget our own Divine nature and live in the state of forgetfulness, till it is revealed to us by a kind Guru, or our own higher Self, and we begin to know the Shiva Tattva once again.
Shiva, the Yogi, who we love and are familiar with, as the one who is always immersed in Dhyana, is simply that :
The one who KNOWS the Shiva Tattva the most. He is also called Para Pramatra, The one who is the highest experient of the highest!
Aum Namah Shivaye.
