Path of Liberation in Jaina Scriptures
In Jain Scriptures, the path and the fruits of the path are described as the two parts. The means of liberation constitute the path and liberation is the fruit. The path of Liberation is combination of right belief, right knowledge, and right conduct. Nirvana is the condition of the soul when it is free from all karmic dirt and regain it’s own pure nature. Pure nature is blissful, all – knowing, all – powerful and ever lasting, having accomplished all that was to be accomplished. Jainism doesn’t believe in following path blindly. In Jainism we walk on path with eye open, walking on path is different than knowing the path, Knowledge is better than ignorance. We like ignorance more than Knowledge as in ignorance we don’t have to change our self but in knowledge we have to transform self in better person so we like ignorance more. People have to realize this blindness is not fun as ignorance is blindness.
