I have a feeling that there is an onslaught on Vedic Culture and Sanathana Dharma by intellectuals, western and local and neighbouring powers even though they preach universal love, brotherhood and tolerance. Why it is so?

Guruji : Vedic knowledge is so powerful and strong. It won't disappear due to any onslaught. Have faith in Sanatan Dharma, its timelessness and educate people in the benefits of it.

Q: If happiness and sorrow are two sides of the same coin which are in compliment with each other, how we can remove sorrow/sufferings from this world?

Guruji : It is dark at night, but you have the intelligences and power to bring light even when it is dark.

Sometimes in Navratri we fast, and in the name of fasting, we feast. People say, ‘We will not eat any grains, we will only have potato’, and we eat French fries and everything else. ‘We will not have rice, but we will only have idly.’ This is cheating I tell you. Real fasting does not include eating halwas (sweet dish) and puris (fried pancakes). It is a wrong type of fasting. You should not fast like that.

We must keep our mind happy and contented. Come what may, we have to keep a contended mind. A discontentment or grumbling mind, even if it gets everything on this planet, still it will remain miserable. Nothing whatsoever in the universe can ever give you contentment. You have to bring it to yourself. And when does that happen? It happens when you let go and understand. Purity, Clarity, and Contentment, is the formula for happiness.

Q: After a good satsang, I feel a rise in prana level within me. But after Satsang, I feel a sudden feeling of aggressiveness and restlessness too. Please explain

Guruji : It is the stress release that happens. Sometimes the stress, the dust underneath the carpet comes up this way. Don’t worry about it
