Parvati worshiped Shiva, thought of Him, meditated upon Him, loved Him, served Him.
And Shiva:
He never thought of Parvati as separate from Him.
But the amazing thing is that Ma Parvati did not only worship Shiva for Her own self, she also showed all the children how to get close to Shiva. In more ways than one, She is the teacher of all teachers. She is the gateway to Mahadev. If we can be even a fraction of the steadfastness that Parvati was, Shiva is sure to notice and smile His grace upon us.
