CALMING EVERY TIDE
To the Shaivites, Shiva is the creator, preserver and dissolver.
He is almighty, and may do whatever He wants,
Play with the planets like atoms,
He is almighty, but sometimes He does wonder what to do,
where to go next, even the God of Gods needs a friend, a philosopher, a guide.
It is then that we realise the prowess and compassion of Parvati
always by His side, calming and caressing every tide.
