The mind is everything. If you correct your mind, the rest of your life will fall into place! ๐ŸŒ€๐Ÿ˜‡๐ŸŒ€ Namaste Beautiful Souls. It's time for Weekend Vibes. ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒ™ Over the past year, I have made a couple of life changes, some were forced on me, others were choices I made. These changes have helped me detox my mind from all the overthinking about life and its various issues. ( Grateful to Shri ShankarNarayana, ever since I took refuge at his feet, my life completely changed. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ ) We talk a lot these days about how to detox our body but not much about how to detox the mind. And it’s the overthinking mind full of chaos that holds us back from moving forward in life. It’s the overthinking mind that makes us feel anxious and worried about the future. It’s the overthinking mind that we need to better control in order to stop worrying and start living. Our brains construct our experiences, and there are so many factors that alter and shift our perspectives that are completely in our control. So Stop being a gossip junkie first and stop consuming news. Focus on how to grow spiritually. Cut off all those connections and activities for a while, that burrow your mind deeper into a worrisome place after hearing of all the uncertainty around you. Concentrate more on God and read scriptures. Reduce stimulants. Giving up caffein and coco will have a positive effect, overthinking will slow down. Start exercising and go for long walks. Soak the mind with more positive thoughts. As your mind starts to wander off, bring it back by putting in some positive thoughts. Take charge of what goes into your head. Force yourself to be more proactive about what You put into the mind than just allow others to influence it. By proactively putting only positive things into your mind you will feel as though the overthinking transforms slowly to optimism. (If I can do it, you can too.) Think of the best moments of your life, where you felt more radiant, loving and peaceful. Now imagine that feeling of joy. Feel it in your heart, and imagine the same feeling everyday. And say it aloud ~ My life is Joyful! Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognise how good things really are!! Love, Light & Peace ~ Hari Om Tat Sat Namah Shivaya ~ Jai Shri HariHar ~ Jai Shri ShankarNarayana !!!! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
