THE ONE
You can believe or not believe
you can seek or not seek
you can follow or not follow
you can love or not love
But the Lord always exists.
Not a chase of wild geese,
this mysterious one you seek
do you see the air you breathe
see your blood in inner flow
or know
who processes the food you eat
He, is seated in all of these.
In the most minute pores
of your skin and soul
is He, the One,
and then,in cosmic increase
to even be your good morning Sun,
The Lord is always pleased.
